REFUND POLICY

IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM TO US IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU CONTACT US FIRST FOR AN APPROPRIATE RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER AND RETURN ADDRESS.


INTRODUCTION

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unridden, with accessories, with tags, in the original box and packaging.

We may deduct reasonable amounts from the purchase price minus value diminishment deductions should your product be returned not in an “as new” condition.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@wifipush.co.uk.

Please allow 3 working days for the team to inspect your goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be liable for the costs of returning the item unless it’s defective.

None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING FEES / DELIVERY COSTS

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return costs will be at buyers cost unless product is faulty.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CANCEL ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order before the product has been dispatched to you, please contact our customer service at support@wifipush.co.uk, including your order number. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund once confirmed.

As we aim to dispatch items as quickly as possible, it may already be on its way to you. If this is the case, then contact us.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
